The 2nd Thailand Groundwater Symposium: Strengthening Groundwater Sustainability under Climate Change
19 Aug 2024 The 2nd Thailand Groundwater Symposium hosted by the Department of Groundwater Resources (DGR), Ministry of Natural Resources and Environment and Groundwater Development Fund at the Berkeley Hotel Pratunam Bangkok. The Symposium comprises a three-day oral, poster presentation program and exhibition booths (19 - 21 August 2024) and a two-day excursion in Petchaburi and Prachuap Khiri Khan Provinces (22 - 23 August 2024).

09 Aug 2023 Dr. Young Joo Lee, CCOP Technical Secretariat (CCOPTS) Director accompanied by Ms. Marivic Pulvera Uzarraga, CCOPTS Project Information and Operation Manager, made courtesy visits at the Permanent Representative of Brunei Darussalam’s office and other associated and relevant organizations during 9-11 August 2023. It was the first courtesy visit made by the CCOPTS since Brunei Darussalam become a CCOP Member Country in year 2020, completing the ASEAN Member States in CCOP membership.

26 Jul 2022 Groundwater resources sustainable management in Mekong Delta is one of the concerns that have a great impact on society and the economy. Given the critical role of groundwater resources in the Mekong Delta for human use and socio-economic development, groundwater sustainability issues should be solved. CCOP-KIGAM Groundwater Project aims to realize sustainable groundwater management by establishing a TBA monitoring network in the GMS.
